The
Market Street Brass performed concerts in Beijing and Changsha, China, in August 2005, and returned again in October/November 2006 to perform in Guangzhou, Dong Guang, Dalian, and again in Beijing. Concerts in Beijing included the Forbidden City Concert Hall (in the well known city constructed over many centuries by the many Chinese Emperors) and Concert Hall on the campus of Peking University (the largest university in China). A concert in the expansive Concert Hall in Changsha, Hunan Province, was broadcast live on Chinese national television. The live broadcast has now been released on a DVD entitles Mareket Street Brass: Live in China.

The Market Street Brass continues its commmitment to service to the public and private schools through its over 40 educational performances in public schools during 2004. Thousands of students and their teachers learn about various styles of music from the Renaissance through jazz as well as how each brass instrument produces its characteristic sound and a brief history.

The Market Street Brass presents programs for community concert series, performs in church services, and provides music for special occasions including weddings, anniversaries, retirement recognitions, patriotic celebrations, historical commemorations, commencement ceremonies, and other events honoring individuals and organizations.

The Market Street Brass has performed concerts and presented clinics for state and national music conferences under the sponsorship of the Conn-Selmer Corporation.
